January Employee of the Month

This month, Sycamore Run would like to recognize Lori Doerfer for receiving our January Employee of the Month award! She has been employed at Sycamore Run for 22 years.

Lori was chosen by her peers for Employee of the Month because of her willingness to help when needed. She is great at communicating with the residents and staff and always brings joy to them. Lori is a hard worker and is always willing to fill in when we are short-staffed. We love having her at the facility!



In her spare time, she loves to read, crochet, garden, and spend time with her family. She loves country music and Mexican food. A few of her favorite things include the holiday Christmas, the fall season and the color blue. One of the things on her bucket list is traveling out west in an RV!

Lori has a big family with four children and nine grandchildren. She is also happily married to her husband, Mark. A fun fact about her family is that Lori has seven sisters and one brother; eight siblings total!
